How does the deposit work?

Your one upfront PayPal payment includes a refundable security deposit based on order size: $50 for small orders, $100 for medium, and $200+ for large orders and events. The estimator gives you the expected amount, and we confirm the exact deposit with your quote. It's returned in full when everything comes back clean and in good condition, usually same day.

What if it rains?

Text us as early as you can. We'll work with you to reschedule your date whenever our calendar allows.

Is setup included?

Delivery includes drop-off at your event location. Setup and breakdown of tables and chairs can be added. Text us for a quote with your headcount.

How does pickup work?

Free pickup in San Antonio, FL by appointment. Everything fits in most SUVs and minivans. We'll help you load, and show you how it packs.
